Flexible for the start and end date. But not more than 3months. 
1250Euros per month and a refundable deposit of 940euros (this will be returned based on returning  the apartment back in the same condition, clean and no damages).

You will be expected to pay 1month salary in advance and the salary for each month paid before the first of each new month on the 27th. 
Your heating and electricity cost will be shown to you and deductions made from the refundable should you surpass the usual usage. 

Note: This is a non-amoking house and I am looking for aomeone quiet and clean. In addition you cannot have visitors in the apartment. Send me a text with your interest only if you agree with the note above, your name, what you do, and why you want the apartment.
