Met oog op langdurig inschrijven zoek ik vast verblijf. Bij voorkeur meld ik mij zsm als kandidaat-huurder • Verhuizen met ingang van 05/25 maar mag uiterllijk eind 06/24 • Voorkeur gaat naar samen te wonen met mijn partner tegen maximaal €1300,-all incl. • Op kamers wonen tussen €400 en €600,- all incl. Voor bezichtigingen ben ik op aanvraag beschikbaar.

Hallo ik ben Fenne ik ben 19 jaar oud (in augustus word ik 20) en ik ga diergeneeskunde studeren aan de Universiteit van Utrecht daarom ben ik nu opzoek naar een leuke kamer rondom Utrecht! See picture for reference) Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, going to a museum, the gym or a nice walk, or just relaxing with a nice book. The most important thing for me, when it comes to renting a room, are the people with whom I am going to share my stay and live with. I don't bring people home, it's not my style. I wake up early around 6am and go to bed early around 10pm. In my free time I like to go out to play sports at the gym or to a park to do cardio. The hours I will have to work during my stay will depend on the job and its schedules, I have several things in mind, but my choice will depend on the conditions and which job interests me most. I speak Spanish and Catalan perfectly, native level. I also speak French at a very high level. And I also speak English at a basic level. I have a Spanish driving license. In addition to working, I would like to take an English course to perfect it and I want to find out about the Yacht Captain and Offshore Yacht Master courses, which I am very interested in. I am aware that Holland has a great nautical activity like Barcelona, and I think it could be great to train there. I have lived alone in an apartment in the center of Barcelona since March 2021 until today. I can prove it with the contract in my name and the monthly payments. I have financial solvency.

I'm a very calm person, I'm not often going out and not often doing partys, I am clean, serious with my studies (spend all my time at the library to work when I was at maastricht university). I never had any problems with previous landlord I had while I was in maastricht, and never had any troubles with my neighbours.
