Beste verhuurder. Ik ben Julie Vergoosen, 20 jaar en ben tweedejaars student bij de Hooge School van Amsterdam waar ik een bachelor in fashion studeer. Ik ben een net en serieus persoon die rekening houdt met anderen en met mij buren en die respectvol omgaan met de accommodatie die ik huur. Mijn huidig huurcontract loopt af na 2 jaar en ik ben weer op zoek naar een leuke en knusse studio/appartement (waar ik me kan inschrijven). Net als nu stellen mijn ouders zich garant voor de betaling van de huur en zorgen uiteraard voor de verzekering.
