7897 Tenants in Netherlands

I am renting out some space from my apartment. Since I also will stay in the apartment I will be your host (not a student), and as we may spend some time in the same apartment it may be a good idea to share some info about myself. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.

Ik houd van sporten zoals hockey, surfen en skiën en heb skiles gegeven in Oostenrijk en daar met andere skileraren in een gedeeld huis gewoond. Ik vind het erg leuk om samen te koken, drankjes doen, shoppen. Ik ben vaak in voor een drankje, een feestje en gezelligheid.

Hi! Ik ben Esmee, 21 jaar en druk opzoek naar een (nieuwe) kamer in Utrecht. Ik heb Mijn bachelor Gezondheid en Leven aan de VU in Amsterdam gevolgd en daar ook 2 jaar gewoond. Helaas was Amsterdam toch niet helemaal voor mij en ben ik daarom in november naar het veel gezelligere Utrecht verhuisd. Helaas is deze kamer maar tijdelijk en ben ik dus opzoek naar een nieuwe. Ik ga volgend jaar na een tussenjaar beginnen aan een master en loop nu stage bij Qpido in Amsterdam en werk daarnaast als triagist. Buiten uni om ben ik vaak aan het sporten of gezellige dingen aan het ondernemen met vrienden. Ik houd er ook van om in mijn eentje de stad in te gaan, opzoek naar de leukste koffietentjes. Wel vind ik het ook heel belangrijk om ook lekker te ontspannen en heb ik wel echt balans tussen drukte en gezelligheid en rust en relaxen nodig. In mijn vrije tijd vind ik het dan ook leuk om daarnaast lekker naar buiten te gaan, te wandelen en kneuterige hobby's zoals haken en lezen op te pakken! Because of that, I also learned to share responsabilities and keep the place tidy and clean so that it's a nice place for everyone to live. And of course, to respect people's personal space haha. I've also lived in a student house for 7 months in 2022 while in my Erasmus in Zurich, where I shared a flat with other 14 international students. Also a great experience! A little bit about me: I'm a very social person, love to go out or to just hang out, but I also enjoy a great cosy night in watching movies and series or playing games.
