Hi ik ben op zoek naar een woning of studio vanaf 1 april. Het liefst voor onbepaalde tijd in de omgeving Alkmaar Beverwijk Purmerend Halfweg Zaandam Haarlem Amsterdam in verband met mijn werk daar voor ( heb ik een auto). Wat meer over mij: ik ben 52 jaar, ik heb heel lang eigen koopwoning gehad eigenlijk maar helaas vanwege persoonlijke omstandigheden eigen koopwonin verkoopt Ik werk als Teamleider in productie ik sport graag en ik beving me het liefst in de natuur, wandelend. Ik ben een rustige persoon (53 jaar), die rekening houdt met anderen en hun spullen/huis. Sinds september 2020 heb ik in Nijmegen 2 appartementen tijdelijk gehuurd en heb ik regelmatig bij een logies & ontbijt overnacht.. Referenties zijn altijd op te vragen. Ik hoor van de verhuurders terug dat ze mij een fijne huurder vonden. Ik vind het belangrijk mijn afspraken na te komen: zoals de huur tijdig betalen, voor planten zorgen en zuinig met de eigendommen van de verhuurder en energie omgaan etc. Ik weet hoe belangrijk dit is, want ik ben zelf ook verhuurder geweest (2 x tijdelijk kamer en 2 x tijdelijk eigen huis). Ik werk als ontwikkelaar/redacteur van lesmateriaal Nederlands als tweede taal. Dit werk kan ik goed online doen. Verder doe ik vrijwilligerswerk in Nijmegen. Mijn taaltrainingen aan anderstaligen wil ik in 2023 ook weer (online voortzetten). Ik houd van fietsen, lezen, wandelen, hardlopen, natuur, film, andere talen en culturen, reizen. Vanwege mijn dochter (met een lichamelijke beperking) ben ik weer op zoek naar (tijdelijke) ( gemeubileerde) woonruimte in Nijmegen. Mijn dochter woont sinds september 2020 in Nijmegen in een studentenflat. Zij is nu tweedejaars aan de Radboud Universiteit. Vanwege de hulp die ze nodig heeft met praktische dingen en om haar te helpen naar zelfstandigheid en eventuele calamiteiten, wil ik graag bij haar in de buurt wonen. Heyyy, my name is Marie, 20 years old and I am coming from Tübingen (Germany). I will start my first year at the UVA (Media and Culture) in September. So I will live in Amsterdam for at least three years. I am really communicative, but also can respect when people need their space, therefore I would love to live in a shared apartment. A little about me: I love spending time with my friends and family. I like to go out or stay in -> both have their positives sides and I enjoy both. For sporty activities I’d like to go swimming and just started jogging (but I don’t know if I like it yet) I am very responsible, friendly, open minded, clean, outgoing, positive and reliable. Also I can be very clumsy haha so living with me never gets boring (in a funny way) 😇. I grew up with animals, so I have no problems living with an animal. Currently I am speaking german and english but really want to learn dutch ! I really enjoy coffee dates, strolling through the city or park, art, museums and spontaneous activities. Something I want to get better at in the future is to stop overcooking my noodles 😅

I am a full time working student in my third year and I am looking for a room/small appartement to rent. I work part time at Ekoplaza since I am really interested in good quality food and healthy lifestyle so it is pretty fun working there. I am studying linguistics but I am trying to switch the direction towards anthropology since I find it more interesting. I am half Greek half German so I speak these languages and I am also learning Dutch but I can already understand 80% thanks to German. In my free time I like to work out, dance, sing, write, photography, read books and hang out with friends. I am a very clean and tidy person and I value my personal time/privacy but I would definitely want to get to know any potential roommates and hang out from time to time! Finally, apart from my salary at Ekoplaza I receive financial aid from Luxemburg (aidefi) through my mother who works there.
