I am looking for a clean environment to stay during my studies.I value respect and communication as I think its the key to live with people no matter their origin.During my spare time,football is one of my bobby I also like to learn how to cook new meals and sightseeing .I would like to know more about the Netherlands during my stay like their culture and local meals.

My name is Sandra and I am a 25-year-old Spanish female. I am a game programmer who just moved to beautiful Amsterdam to work at the renowned Guerrilla Games. This opportunity is a dream come true because I was already in love with the company but now I have fallen in love with the city as well. I hold a bachelor’s degree in video game design and development, which I completed with a thesis awarded with high honors. My professional journey began with an internship at King during the summer of my third year of university, followed by another one at Ubisoft during my final year. Upon graduation, I joined Smilegate on a permanent contract, where I have worked for the past three and a half years. Throughout these years, my living situation has varied. I lived with my parents during university, then shared an apartment with a friend for a year and a half, and most recently, shared an apartment with three flatmates for two years. All these experiences have made me very aware of the qualities I value in a tenant, flatmate, and neighbor, and I am committed to embodying them myself. Since I spend most of my day at the office, I value coming back to an organized and clean home free of noise and smoke. Nevertheless, I spend most of my time away. I mostly eat out with friends. I have been adding a pin to every restaurant that I have enjoyed, so you can barely see the streets of my Google Maps anymore! I also go a lot to Soho House, a private members’ club, where I indulge in reading books, watching movies, and exercising. I aim to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Hey, I'm Jana, 20 years old, from Frankfurt Germany. I will start my international bachelor's degree in psychology in Leiden in September. So I'm looking for a room in Leiden/near Leiden from July/August on. About me: I graduated from high school last summer and decided to travel Europe. There I worked in different hostels and always shared a dorm with the other lovely volunteers. The 4 months have taught me a lot about being independent and tidying up my stuff and keeping things clean. But it helped me even more to learn to share a room with so many other people from other cultures and to live together and set boundaries as well as to accept those of others. Apart from traveling, I love going out with friends for a few drinks, dancing to house music and wine evenings on the balcony. On the other hand, I also love having really quiet evenings where we just sit together relaxed, chat, maybe cook and watch a film. In my free time I go to the gym sometimes more or less. And just recently I've gotten to do yoga and Pilates a little more, which I also really enjoy. I am also a very creative person who likes to do crafts, paint or make pottery. And I also enjoy doing it with friends! About the room I would imagine a room around 15 m2 in size. But more important about the roomies. 1-3 roommates would be ideal - but I would have absolutely no problem with a larger number of roommates. Of course it would be great if the roommates were about the same age as me. Of course, I think it would be ideal if at some point as roommates you shared hobbies and did things together((:

Hi! :) I’m Elena and I am currently living in an apartment in Oost with my roommates. However, my landlord had some issues with the municipality, thus I am getting evicted at the end of April and looking for a new place to stay. I am doing the research master in Psychology at the UvA, so an apartment in the ring (Oost, Zuid, Oud-West, Centre) would be nice since it’s close to the university, as well as the city centre. My budget is between 700-1000€ per month. The duration of the master is two years so I am looking to stay for that period or long-term if possible, especially since I am planning on staying and working in the Netherlands afterwards. I am open to sharing an apartment and have experience with roommates, as I had three roommates in my old apartment. I‘m from Germany and love travelling and learning new languages. I speak German, English and am currently learning Dutch. I also speak a little bit of French, Spanish and Korean.
