Dear future landlords, In the following description you’ll find a few essential details about myself, although there is much more to share but that I hope will be possible during an in person viewing. I am a 29 year old girl from Serbia, been living here since April 2022, although Amsterdam was my favorite city since I first moved here for two years before the pandemic. I work in the heart of Amsterdam at one of the leading hotels and will be starting my Dutch language courses in a few weeks time in order to finally be able to maintain a longer conversation in het Nederlands. Furthermore, I like hiding in my own little bubble, but once in a while I am definitely open to leave it behind for a night out at a drum and bass festival to enjoy my favorite music genre. Some of my hobbies include jogging, longboarding, cycling, slacklining, cleaning (mild ocd, just enough to always keep the apartment tidy), however, I love to read and nothing feels more cosy than doing so in the comfort of my own studio. I'm Jannis. I'm originally from Chalkida, Greece, but I've been living in Amsterdam for the past five years. I'm a painter (studied fine arts in the university of Athens), currently I'm working as a data engineer, and I work a pretty normal 8-5 schedule. During the week, I'm usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 6. I would describe myself as an easy going and independent person. I'm social, but also appreciate my time alone. I appreciate having guests but am mindful of other's comfort, and would always be open and communicative about having people over, and much the same would appreciate room mates to be open with me as well. I'm open to developing friendships but do not see this as a top priority in searching for a roommate. It is important to have a good level of understanding and respect of our mutual space. I like to keep my living space clean and organized and am the type of person to wash dishes as they are made. I'm looking to move in sometime during June. I'm hoping to find a house near Amsterdam Oost region. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people. Ideally, the house would have a yard or at least a porch. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I'm happy staying in the larger or smaller room.

Hey my name is Marah and I’m 19 years and from Germany. I finished school in June and am currently living abroad before I want to start studying sport management in September. Therefore I’m looking for a room in Groningen. I’m open for anything, could be a shared household, a studio or even an apartment with up to 3 bedrooms. The price per room I’m looking for is max 700 euros incl. Preferably I would like to start renting the room in July but for the right fit I’m willing to rent it earlier. My big passion is sports, especially the gym and all kind of outdoor sports. I just completed my PT license and hope to work in a gym in addition to my studies.
