I work part time and am looking for something for 3-6 months with possible extension in a respectful space anywhere in Amsterdam. I am starting my Landscape Architecture Master program at the Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam, end of August. The program is part-time, so I will be a working student. A bit more about myself: I am very clean and organised and respect personal space boundaries. I consider myself very social and easy-going, and I like to spend time with friends just as much as I like to spend an evening at home relaxing.

I am renting out some space from my apartment. Since I also will stay in the apartment I will be your host (not a student), and as we may spend some time in the same apartment it may be a good idea to share some info about myself. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.

I have recently moved to the Netherlands and I work in the international development sector. My employer is called Palladium Europe B.V. I am a Project Operations Associate on a project called the Challenge Fund For Youth Employment; this is a project funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Our offices are based in the Creative Valley offices opposite Hoog Catharijn. I am a very free-spirited person, I value honesty, kindness and transparency. I love to eat, hence why I am called “Foodie” by my close friends. I have been to the NL a couple of times and I dreamed of moving one day and you cannot imagine the excitement I feel knowing my dreams are coming to pass! Hoi, mijn naam is Wessel en ben 21 jaar oud. Ik volg nu voor het 3e jaar de studie biologie aan de RUG waar ik mijn major doe in ecologie. Op het moment woon ik nog bij mijn ouders in Westerbork, maar aangezien het 3e jaar biologie zware onderzoeken bevat lijkt het mij handig om wat dichterbij te wonen.
