My language skills include proficiency in Italian and English, with low-intermediate knowledge in French. My interests include opera, poetry, football, and cherishing meaningful moments with friends. Having lived with other tenants for more than 3 years, I am well aware of personal space, cleaning duties, and all the nuances of cohabitating in the same apartment."

Beste, Mijn naam is Sam, ik ben 28 jaar oud en werk als service monteur bij de Efteling. Hier verdien ik €2600,- netto per maand mee. Ik ben een nette, rustige jongen die 6 dagen werkt (5 dagen voor de Efteling, 1 dag voor mezelf) en in de vrije tijd graag wandelt, leest of wat gezelligs met anderen onderneemt. Ik woon nu antikraak, en moet eind November m’n woning uit. Helaas heb ik geen ouders om op terug te vallen, dus ik zou enorm geholpen zijn aan een eigen (vaste) plekje voor mezelf. Ik reis nu elke dag 4 uur heen en weer met het OV vanuit Zutphen en om echt van het leven in Utrecht te kunnen genieten zou een kamer goed van pas komen! Qua persoonlijkheid ben ik een rustig type wat op zichzelf kan zijn, maar ook op bepaalde momenten zeker niet vies is van een gezellige tijd met z'n allen! Ook ben ik een nieuwe passie in het schaken aan het ontwikkelen, dus zo nu en dan zal ik mij terugtrekken om de schaakboeken in te duiken!

Vanaf 1 Juni loopt mijn huidige accommodatie af en heb ik dus een nieuwe woning nodig. Ik ben een net, rustig persoon en ben recent gestart met mijn eerste baan. Dit is een contract van 2 jaar met uitzicht op verlenging dat mij momenteel €2500 bruto in de maand oplevert (dit word iets hoger, er komt 1 extra dag bij). Verder rook ik niet, heb ik geen huisdieren en zou in mijn eentje verhuizen.

I've been living on my own for almost 7 years. So, I consider myself pretty easy to live with. I spend most of my time in uni and I work part-time.
