I will be moving to Groningen to study Human Geography and Planning (starting 1.9.2024). Currently I live in Hannover, Germany and work as a software developer in a small company. I would like to live in a shared flat to get to know the culture and of course the language. It would be great if the flat was within biking distance from the university, but more importantly it should have a good atmosphere and nice flatmates. Hi, nice that you read this, I'm Rick, 17 years old (almost 18, just under 3 weeks). I'm now at school in Hilversum and I'm going to take my gymnasium school exams in a month. I live in Soest, which is between Hilversum and Amersfoort. I would like to study law at the Rug, and as a master I think private law or criminal law, but that will take some time. I don't think I want to know which one for a student association, suggestions are always welcome. I play water polo and do fitness, I like swimming, cooking (my lasagna is really great, if I say so myself), playing pool, traveling, exercising and going out. In Groningen I think it would be fun to participate in a water polo/rugby/rowing team, in addition to continuing to exercise.
