I'm a Portuguese 23-year old and I'm going to be a first year in International Relations in the University of Groningen starting this September! I've recently come back from working in the U.S.A and before that I've lived in another city here in Portugal so I'm pretty used to living with people. I was born and raised in beautiful Portugal, in the mountainous city of Sintra, but I have lived in the Netherlands for over a year now. Despite the loveliness of my home country, I’ve always wanted to move abroad and experience new adventures and challenges that would enable my professional and personal growth. Because of my work, I want to stay in Utrecht. I am looking for a small apartment studio with enough space for one. I am a typical short Portuguese woman, so I fit perfectly in tiny places; I can always make the best of them. I am also eager to live in a calm place, as past experiences living in the city centres made me appreciate silence and tranquillity. I enjoy baking vegan dishes, creative writing, and practising pilates when not working. I also love creative works, such as rescuing old furniture and transforming it into decoration or exploring painting on canvas. I have always taken good care of my home and family, mainly because I cannot concentrate if things are messy around me. So, if I am allowed this opportunity, I will make it my own, but always with care and respect.
