Ciao!! I am Alice, I come from Italy and I am following the Master programme in Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University. I am looking for a room or a studio, preferably in a house with other students. I am a very respectful and polite person and I always managed to create long lasting friendship everywhere I went. During my studies, I have lived in Canada (for an exchange programme in High school), Groningen (for my bachelor) and Tokyo (doing my minor for my bachelor degree). I am a very positive person. I always have a joke to say and cheer you up. I really like playing music, rock climbing, playing squash, having movie nights. But the thing that I love the most is cooking and food. It really just makes me happy.

I am an international student whose housing contract expires soon, so I am looking for a place to rent immediately. When going out with friends we would usually spend our time driving around, and I am also looking to soon buy a motorcycle to help me get to school. At my current apartment I have kept my room clean and have not damaged anything.

Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Pearks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café. Geachte heer/ mevrouw, Ik ben al een tijdje opzoek naar een appartement in Groningen, ben erg enthousiast geworden van dit mooie appartement) en zou erg graag langs willen komen! Hieronder informatie over wie ik ben: Ik ben Yvonne Stienstra 21 jaar oud studeert HBO-Verpleegkunde aan de Hogeschool van Leeuwarden en werk daarnaast in de thuiszorg en een verzorgingstehuis in Drachten. Wanneer het mij lukt om een mooi appartement te verkrijgen in Groningen ben ik van plan om op zoek te gaan naar een werkplek in Groningen. Ik ben bewust opzoek naar een net appartement in Groningen omdat ik dit erg belangrijk vind. Ik hou van een rustige en schone leefomgeving om mij te kunnen concentreren op mijn studie en werk. Ik heb een aanvullende en uitwonende beurs en een spaarpot op kunnen bouwen omdat ik al een langere tijd aan het werk ben. Momenteel woon ik thuis in Friesland, dit is voor mijn werk en studie veel gereis. Naast dat ik graag dichterbij mijn studie wil wonen ben ik er klaar voor om op mijzelf te gaan. Heb al een tijdje alleen gewoond dus weet hoe het huishouden werkt.

Geachte ontvanger, Kort over ons, Hevrest (23) is een master student aan de UvA en Saurab (23) een derdejaars student aan de Universiteit van Utrecht. Wij hebben al eerder met elkaar in een studentenhuis gewoond, maar willen nu we ouder zijn onze rust. Wij werken allebei 16 - 20 uur in de week, voornamelijk vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag. Voor de volledige huur kunnen wij garant staan totdat wij een derde huisgenoot hebben gevonden. De ouders van Saurab kunnen bovendien garant staan voor de huur en alle drie de inwoners.
