I’m looking for a new place due to a separation a few months ago. I’m searching for a long term rental (12+ months, ideally longer as I want to settle and do not wish to keep moving) and I have the deposit and rent readily available upon signing a contract. My ideal move in date is any time from March. I’m a tidy, relaxed and respectful tenant. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, travelling, music, going to the gym and meeting friends.
