💶 Rental Details

Monthly rent: seven hundred euros, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and furniture.

The deposit equals one month’s rent.

At key handover, an initial payment is required that covers the deposit plus about ten days of rent (total: nine hundred twenty-eight euros). The full deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the apartment is left clean and in good condition.

Rent should be paid one day before the start of each new month.
