Dear room-seeking ladies,

From 1 February 2025, a nice studio will become available in our house in Hatert/Nijmegen for an indefinite period of time. It is a studio of +/-22 m2 with private living room, bedroom, shower, toilet, kitchen and private entrance. There is shared washer-dryer, vacuum, bike rack and a large garden.
 
It is very centrally located (10 minutes cycling to University/HBO and CWZ, Radboud hospital). Shopping centre Hatert is a few minutes away. The A73 motorway is 5 minutes away by car. Furthermore, there is public parking in front of the door and the connection to public transport is good.
Studio looks fine. The net rent is €695,- and there is also GWE costs of €125,- and service costs of €75,-. So total €895,- gross rent. Rental allowance application is possible!
 
We are looking for a nice student or working girl aged 23-30 years, who will make the house complete. If you think you would be a nice addition to our house, please send me a reaction with some nice information about yourself (who you are, age, where and what you study/work, where you live now, hobbies, how you are as a person, etc).  Who knows, you might be invited to our viewing next week.
