About the place

The studio measures 45 m2, is close to a bus and train station as well  as to the A7 motorway.
The rental period is for maximally 6 – 12 months on the basis of a so called “diplomat’s clause” (i.e. expat rent).
It is ready to move in, all you need to bring is your own linen and kitchen gear. Present are: fridge, cooker (gas or induction), washing machine etc.
The studio is functionally independent (furniture, kitchen, toilet/ shower, outside door), but formally you would be a resident of the main building. This  means that there are no rental subsidies available.
We are looking for a non-smoking professional with no pets and in need for a temporary accommodation.
