About the place

I'm subletting my studio apartment from December 17 to January 31. The space will be clean and tidy with all personal belongings removed, leaving basic furniture and kitchen appliances for your use.
The total rent for this period (covering the remainder of December and all of January) is 1584 euros. A refundable deposit of 500 euros is required, which will be returned to you after the contract ends, provided there is no damage to the studio.
