About the place

You will have your own room of approximately 11 m2. You share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and garden with 3 other housemates. 
These common areas are upholstered and furnished.
The room is upholstered, but the bed and desk needs tobe taken over by the new tenant for 200 euro.

There is also a private underground garage for bicycles.

The kitchen is fully equipped, refrigerator, freezer, hob, microwave, oven and also a dishwasher.
There is also a washing machine available.
The kitchen, toilet and living room are located on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower, bath and 2nd toilet.

The common areas will be cleaned once a month.
The windows from the outside will be washed once every 2 months

The current 3 room mates are young professionals. Because of this, we are searching for a 4th roommate who is also a young professional or is finishing a study.
