Spacious room in quiet house with students/working people

Hello! We’re a fun, mixed house of seven people looking for a new roommate. The room that will be available is about 18 square meters and has its own sink and counter. All of us are is our early to mid-twenties. Five of us have steady jobs and two of us are Master students. To find a good fit, we’re looking for someone with a similar profile. If we have time, we like eating together, watching TV or doing more spontaneous activities. We have a nice, sunny outdoor seating area, which is great for tanning and barbecuing in summer. We also have a furry mascot: our house cat Tom.
Our house is a fifteen-minute bike ride from the Uithof and the city center. The train and bus station Lunetten are a few minutes walk away. The nearby shopping center is only a stone’s throw away. We’re looking for a housemate who likes chatting/hanging out with his/her housemates and having dinner together every now and then. We share responsibility for Tom, so it’s important that you’re willing and able to do your part in taking care of him. It’s also important that you tidy up your mess and take your house chores seriously. We’re looking for a non-smoker. Are you the “gezellige” and cat-loving person we’re looking for? The hospiteeravond will be on 11 December. The room will be officially available on 27 December, but if you want you could move in mid-December. Rent is €385,-, with an additional €70,- a month for utilities and internet/TV. The income cap for moving into this room is €22.200 Once you’ve moved in the cap no longer applies. The “landlord” is the Bo-Ex corporation. It is possible to receive huurtoeslag for the room!
