About the place

Beautifully renovated four-room apartment of 80 m2 in Utrecht in the green and spacious district Overvecht next to the station. Entrance with spacious hall that gives access to toilet, bathroom, kitchen. Spacious living room (25 m2) and three bedrooms (large bedroom of 16 m2 and 2 small bedrooms of 8 m2).

From the living room and small bedroom there is access to the balcony. The house has (recently) been completely renovated with a luxury kitchen with built-in appliances (induction hob, combi oven, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher and extractor hood). The bathroom is also fully equipped and the entire house has double glass. There is also a storage room of approximately 12m2 that we can use.

Furthermore, the location is near Utrecht Overvecht train station and offers good train connections. In a few minutes you are at Utrecht Central Station and the city center is 10 minutes by bike. The Overvecht shopping center with more than 100 shops, a sports park and good accessibility from the A27 and N230 motorways are also a big advantage.

You share the apartment with another resident and that is me, my name is Nick de Kok and I am 34 years old. My current roommates will leave soon and I am now looking for one working roommate. It is for a period of a year, maybe longer and I am looking for someone who has lived with someone together before. I would like to make something fun out of it together, a house where we like to invite our friends and where we can communicate openly about our needs.
