About the place

My light and green (lots of plants!) fully furnished 40sqm apartment is available for sub-let for a period of 2 months while I am in Australia visiting family. The home is within walking distance from Ledig Erf and the lovely shopping street Twijnstraat, as well as Vaartsche Rijn station and Beatrix Park.
The apartment is in a house that has two floors(apartments) with a shared entry, shared shower & toilet and shared staircase. The top floor is my apartment and comprises of a private bedroom, loungeroom, kitchen and study/mud room. A warm and friendly single female (Anna) lives on the first floor and also has her own kitchen, lounge, bedroom and mud-room. The shared shower is on my floor and the share toilet is on Anna's floor, both in the hall/stairway.
I am looking for a considerate female  who likes taking care of plants and will treat my belongings as if they were their own.
The price of EUR1000 includes internet and water. It excludes gas and electricity which will be charged based on usage. Estimated costs for g&e are EUR120 per month.
