About the place

We, a 34 years old Irish and a 26 years old Catalan, look for a student to become our roommate since mid December until end September next year. 

The person needs to be enrolled in a bachelor/master program or be a phd student.

We are looking for someone who can enter as soon as possible, ideally on the 15th of december. 

We are doing the viewings next week, from tuesday the 9th to friday the 12th!

The room is perfect for someone social looking for a room close to the station (5 min biking, 20 walking). The room is furnished with a bed and a table perfect to study and work. This two things would ideally be bought by a friendly amount of 100 euros. The rest of the areas are shared like in a normal house.

About us, we have been living together for a year and know each other since 3 years ago. We both studied sustainability. We have a schedule to keep the house clean and would like the person to be mindful about that :)
