About the place

In Uithuizen, we have living spaces available in a former school building on an anti-squat basis. The units range from 35 to 50 m², and you share the bathroom, kitchen, and toilet with other residents.

The location is conveniently situated: the supermarket, various shops, and the train station are easily accessible. Public transport will take you to the larger cities in a short amount of time. There is ample parking available in the immediate vicinity.

The monthly fee is €300, including gas, water, and electricity.
