Room 5, specially designed to high standards with a cozy, homely atmosphere for international students, is available from December 5, 2024. The apartment complex is ideally located between the edge of the city center and Tilburg University.

It is only a 5-minute bike ride from everything you need.

This specific room is equipped with a 90x200 cm bed with bedding, a desk, a wardrobe, a mirror, and a storage cabinet. Art and warm lighting are used to create a calm, homely atmosphere, perfect for those far from home. The room also features a nice balcony with a view of a beautiful green park.

All the furniture is brand new, and the entire room—as well as the whole apartment—has been fully renovated.

The apartment also has a spacious kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, air fryer, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, and waste separation bins. Each tenant gets their own basket with kitchen towels, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and plates. There are also newly purchased pots and pans available for shared use.
