About the place

Nice and old house from 1875 in the center of Tilburg.
In our house are living Dutch students and students from all over the world.
Our house in Tilburg is a fantastic house, unique location nearby center, Railway Station and University, with big rooms, all with separate vide ( place to put bed and storage ).

Living area of each room has a small kitchen area with a sink and cabinets. The cooking you will have to do in the shared big kitchen on groundfloor.
With a small ladder you can climb to the vide (platform), where there's 4m2 to put your bed and what you don't want to place in your living! 
Your toilet and shower you only have to share with 2 others. Separate laundryroom on groundfloor with 2 washing machines/ 2 dryers. Big garden with a small pool and safe storage for the bikes. 
The rent  is unfurnished, incl. energy and service.
