About the place

By mid of July a nice and spacy room in our clean and great house will become available.The room is on the first floor and is split in two sections a sitting room and a bedroom. The house is situated in a quiet street in the centre of Tilburg, next to the "red cycling path" to the University (about 5 minutes by bike). Also 7 minutes walking from AH XL. The room and the house are equipped with :
* Washbasin with cold and hot water in the room 
* Washing machine, dish washer, and two refrigerators
* Very fast internet 
* Whole variety of kitchen equipment (microwave, oven, grill, etc) 
* Large and luxureous bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
* Joint living room with coach and interactive HDTV television
* Linked fire alarm system

We are looking for a nice and harmonious roommate, who is clean and tidy and actively contributes to a positive atmosphere in our house.
