Hello !? , As from the 1st of Aug we are looking for a new house-mate. A person having a tidy and sociable character. Someone working or studying would have our preference.

Temporary rental for max 2 yrs.

one of our current house-mates have decided to leave and start working :)
Soon we'll be left with 3, aged between 24 and 42.

We have a spacious one family house. Close to the Elisabeth hospital and the Fontys/ROC schools at Stappegoor. We share a living-room, Kitchen and bathroom. There are 2 toilets.
There is a dishwasher, washingmachine and a dryer. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, and a set of microwave ovens. Also we have a nice garden with a BBQ. There is also a secure place to park a bicycle outside.

During the day we tend to do our daily things, and you'll hardly notice that we are with four.
Meaning; there is enough privacy but we regularly have time to talk and have a beer during dinner. We try to respect each others schedule and work together to keep the house tidy.
The rental price without (+50E) g/w/e, internet/wifi , there is a warranty of one months rent.
