About the place

We are a couple living in a spacious waterfront townhouse on the west side of Rotterdam, about 7 km from the city centre or WdKA. We are looking for a friendly and open minded female housemate.

The room is on the top floor and comes with a private bathroom and a roof terrace. It can be furnished according to your preference. 
Registration is possible.

The rent is 700 euro per month, all inclusive.

Before any decision is made we would first like to get to know you, since the room is part of our private home and a good personal connection is important to us.
