About the place

Dear tenant,

We are looking for a female tenant between the ages of 20 and 27. Cleanliness and order are very important to the current resident. We are seeking someone who is tidy, calm, and respectful.  

The house is fully furnished. All you need to bring are your personal belongings and bedding!

The current resident is a quiet yet social university student who values a clean and organized home. Household tasks will be divided fairly to ensure smooth cohabitation. As long as these expectations are met, we anticipate no issues between you and the current tenant.
