Cosy room in the Old North
Hi there! We are two guys at the end of our studies and we are looking for a housemate for a nice room in the Old North in Rotterdam. The room is located on the ground floor. The shared kitchen and Bathroom (+toilet) are on the same floor as the room.
When you take te stairs down you enter basement which has a shared second room and a second toilet. This shared room has a built-in wardrobe that is entirely at your disposal. We use this room to store some things and hang up the laundry. The room also has some fitness equipment to get some occasional exercise now that the gyms are closed due to covid. There is enough space in this room to set up a study or workspace for yourself.
The supermarkets are nearby, with an Albert Heijn at a 1 minute walk and a Dirk and Lidl at 5 minutes walking distance. The tram is around the corner and if you need something later in the evening, you can be in the night shop within 30 seconds.
We are looking for a roommate with whom we can have a nice chat and who preferably likes animals, as one of us is the proud owner of two friendly cats.
