All of this starts from €1.099,- per month for the room with shared kitchen and €1.340,- for a studio with your own kitchenette. All utilities included and no hidden costs!

We’re located in the fun neighborhood of Kralingen with a variety of restaurants, museums and great architecture at its doorstep. Looking to explore the rest of the city and don't feel like walking? Just grab one of our designer bikes or take a short tram ride to the city center.
