The house is shared with 3 working men from 26 years old. Most of the time we work in the office, but there is a possibility to work from home.
The room can be delivered furnished or unfurnished. Price difference will be discussed.
We have a big open kitchen, long dinner table and a comfortable place to sit in front of the television. We have two bathrooms and two toilets. One of the bathrooms can be for exclusive usage (TBD). For the summer the roof terrace provides an excellent place to stay. ask me for the movie to see the house is before the renovation, which clearly shows the terrace that is currently being renovated.
The rental can be for 3 months, with possibility to extend if all parties agree to. For questions, drop a message and come by to look at the place.
