LOOKING FOR SUBRENTER - furnished room in shared apartment with 5 fellow female students, 5 minutes from central station!

Hi there! I'm looking for someone to subrent my room in Rotterdam North, close to eudokiaplein for the period of 1st of July untill the beginning of September. Ideal to already settle a bit in Rotterdam before starting studies or an internship!

About the room:
- the room is fully furnished (bed / closet / desk / shelves / curtains / WIFI etc.)
- has a small private balcony
- size: around 13 m2
- a big window and doors to the balcony
- price: €750 (room) +€75 service costs a month

About the appartment:
- group of girlfriends all in their masters (22 - 24 yo)
- light living room
- well equipted kitchen
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 shared balconies

The street is also very nice with a lot of trees and older buildings from around 1900!
