I’m looking for someone to sublet my room while I’m away from 18 December to 1 February. Perfect for students, interns, or professionals who need a comfortable and central place in Rotterdam during winter.

About the Location:

- Unique room on a cozy houseboat — quiet                            atmosphere, very central.

- 5-minute walk to the metro + tram station.

- 5 minutes from the Erasmus Bridge.

- Close to a lively street full of shops: Lidl, Etos, Kruidvat,         Action, Albert Heijn.

- Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

The Room & Facilities:

- Fully furnished, ready to move in.

- Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living area.

- Good heating and fast Wi-Fi.

- All utilities included.

- The houseboat is shared with 5 other tenants, but most will be away during this period, so it will be very quiet.
