	•	Close to the Keizerswaard shopping center, perfect for daily essentials and groceries.

Rental Terms:
	•	Rental period until July 31, 2025, with the possibility of extending for another year.
	•	Rent: €850 per month, including water, electricity, and internet.

Looking For:
We are seeking a quiet, tidy housemate who is comfortable living in a shared space. The apartment is currently occupied by two male tenants, and we hope to find someone who fits well within the household.
