As I will be moving out, my room in a shared apartment in Rotterdam (Bernardus Gewinstraat) is available for an indefinite period from 1 February 2021 (earlier move in is negotiable). Registration is possible. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 nice Masters students from Cyprus & Spain, both male, in their 20s, and studying at TU Delft & Codarts.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (basement underneath, so you need not worry about jumping in the room 🙂 ), playing instruments is also allowed. There is no common room, but there is a nice balcony attached to the kitchen. The toilet is attached to the bathroom. The room is 25 m2, with big windows that get plenty of light even during the winter. It is carpeted and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, study table-chair, a small cupboard and a side table (the furniture comes with the room, no extra costs of taking over); there are also a couple of built-in cupboards. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, oven and utensils. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. The monthly rent is 600 euros (G/W/E/internet included), deposit is 1000 euros. Municipality taxes (trash/sewage/water treatment) need to be paid extra (amounted to ~50€ for four months).

The apartment is centrally located at a 5 min walk from Kipstraat & Meent tram stop, Oostplein metro, and <5 min by bike to the public library & Blaak station. Rotterdam Centraal and Erasmus University are approx 10 mins away by bike. Dirk, Albert Heijn, Jumbo & Kruidvat are located at less than a 10 min walk, and there are plenty of eating options nearby.
