Room to rent at a prime location on the Hatertseweg. The house has three floors and is ideal for students. Close to Central Station Nijmegen, Radboud University, HAN, and the city center.  The house has a modern kitchen. The house has 2 showers and 2 toilets. The room is semi-furnished, has fire prevention systems (fire detectors and fire resistant doors) and has a watertap with cupboards. There is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dish washer for shared use. Front and backyard (100m2) are available for shared use. The prices for rental include gas, electricity, water, internet, cable TV and service (1x p. week cleaning of communal areas, municipal taxes, home maintenance, the equipment and room maintenance). Tenants can officially register with the municipality (our accommodation has been recognized by the municipality of Nijmegen).
