The room is about 6 square and has a nice loft bed. You pay only 311 euros rent for this (incl internet costs, washing machine, gas, water and electricity and super cozy roommates) There is a shared kitchen, 2 x toilet and 2 x shower. Also a nice south-facing garden for an excellent BBQ. No smoking at all, including occasional parties, an absolute requirement. No smoking in house & garden is included in rental contracts.
