About the place

A double-room apartment in a student housing complex with shared kitchen, bathroom facilities, and laundary.

The double room consists of two separate spaces (e.g., bedroom and living room/office) and includes a private sink.

The room is currently furnished with my belongings, but I can either leave some furnishings for your use or remove them, based on your preference. (they are not on the pictures). Defenetly the room can have a Bed, wardrobe, etc..

The studen housing has a Washing maschine and a plenty of parking spaces if you have a car. The complex is quite private / anonymous and includes a lot of Rooms.

The location is in Belgium a bit outsie of Maastricht, in Veldwezelt just across the Albert Canal. U can use a bike: to Maastricht city center it is 5 km. Also you have excellent bus connections (line 20a right in front)

The apartment is available from either January or February (with some flexibility in exact dates to accommodate your needs).

I am Subrenting until July 31st 2025. Then my contract expires. If you want you can then overtake the contract from the landloard  for the next period.
