Room in shared flat for rent in Maastricht

I am looking for someone to take over my room from January 2021 onwards. The room is in a flat shared with one other German roommate. It is located at Touwslagersdreef which is a 5 minute bike ride to the city and only 2 minutes to Brusselsepoort.
The flat is roughly 80m2 and gets a lot of natural lights due to its large windows. Moreover, it has two balconies, free parking spots in front of the building and a cellar room to store bicycles.
The rent is 675€ including water, electricity and gas but excluding Wifi (15€ would be charged additionally for the Wifi). The contract would start in January and would last until July; however, it can be extended after that period.
