A room in a relatively quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to a supermarket, train station, and within cycling distance to the city center. 

The room is fully furnished, and has access to a balcony. The apartment has a spacious living/dining room. The toilet and shower are separate. The apartment is shared with one other tenant, a third year bachelor student (22 years old). 

Utilities (gas/electricity, water, internet) are all included in the rent.
