Are you spontaneous, social and tired of student houses falling apart? Then you might be our next roommate!

Mark (35), I (31) and our housecat Loki live together in our apartment in the Hoge Mors. We like to eat or drink together so we're looking for a social roommate to join us and our housecat Loki (senior student, phd, post-doc or recently working, non-smoking).

Leiden centre is just a short trip away, we've got a great park next to the Rhine next to our house and a boat to take down the Rhine and canals!

The house has all luxuries one might ask for such as:
- Living room with modern open kitchen (37 m^2) including large oven and stove, fridge, dish washer, vacuum robot, washing machine, dryer etc.
- Apartment has just been renovated entirely with among others new hardwood floors, new walls and a fresh paint job.
- Large roof terrace: great for barbecues.
- Insulated well.
- Tons of storage place with shed and storage attic. If you need more space than your room: no problem!

The room is 10 m^2 with large light windows and comes furnished. It costs €490 excluding, €590 including bills per month. This includes everything: rent, gas, water, electricity, internet, TV, city taxes, machines, furnishing.
