About the place

We live in the front house of a riding school close to Kardinge. In total, we live here with four people. The room you rent is a private space; the other facilities such as the kitchen, toilets, and bathroom are shared. Luckily, we have three toilets, and we keep the house clean and tidy.
We often see each other in the living room or the kitchen. Sometimes we eat together or simply have a short conversation.. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed.
You also live beautifully in nature, yet still in the city. We have both a front and a back garden, so on sunny days there is always a place to sit in the sun. We enjoy spending time outside, overlooking the Hunzedal, together with our two lovely ponies.

A tidy housemate between the ages of 24 and 34 (M/F/X). Preferably someone who is finishing their studies or a starter on the job market.
We currently live together with a Spaniard, a Greek, and a Dutch person. The main language spoken in the house is English.
