14m2 Room in a nice student house in a quiet area, located 5 minutes by bike from the Zernike campus!💫

The room is on the ground floor (also extra toilet on this floor) and has a queen bed, and you share the spacious kitchen and bathroom with 4 other students. Everything you see in the room stays for the duration of the rental.
There is also a small garden and a terrace. You are close to shops and will be living with 4 other internationals. I am going abroad for 5 months, hence why this room is free for this period! Perfect for someone looking for a room on exchange.
