Room for rent

Dear homeless people,

Starting from the beginning of February there will be a Room available in our Apartment located in Pathmos. Your Room and the house can be seen in the pictures. The Rent is 320, utilities are around 75 euros.

We are three young fellas around the age of 20, all studying in our second year at the UT.
Since we are an international house with two Romanians and one German the preferred language in the house is English.
Next to constant vibes our house offers a spacious kitchen including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a f*cking dryer.
Our living room is equipped with a smart TV, an Xbox, a racing simulator chair and a 5.1 Soundsystem.
In the past, cleaning and respecting each other’s boundaries and schedules in terms of Noise was done successfully with the general Idea that we respect each other but also the Vibe. I respect my mate completely going berserk when he loses at Formula 1 and he respects my basic need to blast the new Playboy Carti album once in a while.

We expect you to be social at least once in a while but that will happen naturally as soon as you want to use our living room because we’ll be in there anyway.
