Studentroom 15,5m² (female only)
Hi! We have a spare room in our student house. This house was renovated in 2016, so everything in it is in very good shape. The house is also 5 minutes (on bike) away from both University of Twente and the centre of Enschede, and there is a park directly behind our house, so it's the ideal location in Enschede!
What kind of people are we looking for?
Someone who is introverted & doesn't mind a house that keeps largely to itself. Right now all 3 people in the house play guitar, this shouldn't be an issue noise-wise but know you might encounter a Wonderwall here and there during your stay. This also means you are free to bring instruments yourself if you so please (with consideration for other tenants living in the house next door). We do have a cleaning schedule which we try to stick to, so participation is expected there.
ROOM DETAILS:
●Roomsize = 15,6m²
●Rooms were renovated in 2016, so everything then has been restored/painted/floored etc.
●Every room has their own heating, two internet/tv ports and Wifi. We share a washing machine for clothes.
● We live very close to both UT, Saxion and the centre of Enschede. And like mentioned there's a park behind us. Parks are neat!
● Price is €350/month, this includes gas/power/internet!
