About the place

The house is very spacious and right in the center of Enschede! The price is all inclusive. There is a washer and dryer, 1 shower/bathroom, another shower, and another bathroom. There are 2 living rooms, which can fit a lot of friends over. There is a balcony which overlooks Jumbo.

The price is negotiable, and the starting date is also negotiable.
