About the place

I am looking for a roommate for June till October (maybe longer but that is known later)
I won't be there much (probably only a week in July) so I am searching for a reliable person who can keep the house clean and also water the plants in the garden.
so you would have basically everything for yourself except for the little time I will be there.
officially you will have 2 almost empty rooms for yourself but if you need then there is also a smaller room with a bed.
