About the place

Dear future subtenant,  

 

We are Huize Badeend, a cosy mixed house with 3 female and 2 male inhabitants (of which 2 UT bachelor student (18,23), 2 UT master students (21,22) and 1 addition to the working market (24). One of our ladies is studying abroad from upcoming january to july 2026, so we are looking for a subtenant for their room in this period (renting period can be discussed, within reason, beforehand). We have no preference for the gender of the subtenant.  

 

As a house we like to eat together almost every day of the week, and we also enjoy watching movies together or going on walks through the neighbourhood regularly. In addition to this we organise house activities (semi)regularly, which include painting, minecraft-evenings, carving pumpkins but also the occasional party.

10 minutes walking from 4 supermarkets (AH/jumbo/dirk/ Aldi) 

15 minutes by bike to university 

10 minutes by bike to station/Saxion 

Big garden perfect for having a barbeque

Nice big house with good kitchen (with a dishwasher) and a living room with a beamer.

Fully furnished with 2-person bed, couch, desk with second computerscreen, closets and extra electrical heater and fan) 

16 square meters with 2 square meters ‘walk-in' closet (total 18 sq. Meter) 

430 euros per month (includes gas/water/light etc.)
