About the place

Greetings temporary homeless,

A room will be available in our beautiful home on january 1, 2025, the room is approximately 17m2 and costs
€450/month (incl. g/w/l). The room is on the first floor, nice and big and has a large window and its own sink. It is really not that far to cycle to the Saxion or Station (5 and 10 minutes) and for the Uni you are just fifteen minutes away.

About the house:
The house itself is a student house of currently 7 (soon 8) students. Downstairs we have a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom with another toilet and 2 showers. Of course there is also a washing machine and a dryer here. Outside we have a reasonably sized garden and a garden shed that we both share with the neighbors (also a very cozy student house).

About life in the house:
With 8 of us we now have a chilled home atmosphere where everything is possible but nothing is necessary. Every first Wednesday of the month we have a (non-mandatory) house evening. Furthermore - if you have time - we often do something together, such as a movie night, a room tour or a special dinner. We also eat together every evening in principle, but it is not mandatory, join us if it suits you. In the summer we even have a shack (Vibe Island) that we share with the neighbors. In short: a nice bunch that is chill with each other but where there are no obligations.

The non-homeless people who now live in this beautiful place are Claudia, Sebastiaan, Saadat, Salma, Nataniel, Shirley and Pepijn. Saadat replaces light bulbs (Electrical Engineering), Salma makes drugs (Chemical Engineering), Claudia talks how bad it is what Salma does (Psychology), Pepijn plays games on his laptop (Technical Computer Science), Sebastiaan fixes door handles (Mechanical Engineering), Nataniel breakes door handles (also Mechanical Engineering) and Shirley feeds a cat (Community Service).
